How much does an edit cost?
NT$100 (100 credits) per finished video. Each extra video from the same footage is +100, and each video includes 10 free revisions (+100 after that).
How do I send my footage?
Paste a shared Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox or OneDrive link set to "anyone with the link can view". Up to 100 files per order.
Can you make vertical shorts?
Yes — 9:16 for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, or 16:9 for YouTube. Set a length or let us decide from the footage.
What is my editing profile?
Every user has a personal editing skill. Your preferences and revision notes accumulate there, so each edit fits you better.
Can I edit videos inside ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Sign in, copy your personal MCP link and add it as a custom connector. Then hand over footage, describe the feel you want, review the plan, ask for changes and get the finished video, all in the chat.
How long does an edit take?
Minutes. AI reviews your footage and sends a plan in about 5–15 minutes; after you approve, the video is ready in about 5–15 more (longer with lots of footage). We notify you at every step.
What if I am not happy?
Revise each video up to 10 times for free — revisions continue from your edit instead of starting over. Still not happy? Money-back guarantee: your credits are refunded in full (up to 3 times per account). If we cannot finish an edit, the credits are refunded automatically.
